The curricula based on conceptual learning and hands-on practical skills characterized with progressive evaluation and improvements made throughout the years keeping the curriculum dynamic for future insight. Meaningful and results oriented struggles are exerted to devise and implement the effective strategies integrated with student centered approach to achieve the Students Learning Outcomes (SLOs) of curriculum envisaged in National Curriculum.
Trusting age of four-year, child steps in Nursery of Education with developed Gross Motor skills and excels on bearing in mind that foundation of personality is laid and two third of one’s intellect developed at this age phase with greater emphasis on fine motor skills. We have created a culturally systematic and organized conducive learning environment, entirely Child friendly in its nature where students find non-discriminatory learning environment. At this phase, students are being nourished in a separate section with their own work area; well-equipped activity oriented classroom and play-area in close supervision of qualified staff. Fundamentals of languages and arithmetic reasoning are learnt to students in the light of developmental standards.
In this phase of cognitive development through psychosocial growth, learners are encouraged to comprehend the subjects like Urdu, English, Mathematics, General Science and Social Studies besides teaching of Islamic Studies & Naazr-e-Quran. Integrated approach is applied to ensure that two-way interactive teaching is being exercised to encourage the students’ participation in classroom learning.
The Curriculum, at this age phase, is developed to ensure ‘Holistic Development’ of students which includes spiritual, personality, intellectual, social, emotional as well as academic development along with a variety of co-curricular activities i.e. sports, athletics and debates. The academic subjects encompass Islamic Studies, Mathematics, Urdu, English, General Science, Social Studies and Naazr-e-Quran.
A continual capacity building training program has been deployed at FHSC which plays significant role in meaningful standards based teaching-learning process focusing on updated research-based knowledge, instrumental skills and positive attitude required for teaching staff, administrators and other personals. We have established own ‘Capacity Building Training & Development Program’ for personal, social and professional grooming of our staff. Workshops and seminars are arranged throughout the year as well as virtual sessions are also attended to stay updated and meet the needs of development.
Computer, internet and web based education is considered as the largest revolution of the ongoing century which is compulsory for all standards in the light of Digital Quotient (DQ). Updated and adequate arrangements have been furnished for teaching for computer education at Froebel’s house. Fundamentals of Edu-tech are furnished to students to make them practically equipped in constructively using the digital technology in the Era of digitization.
We are affiliated with Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Abbottabad. The curriculum, syllabus and paper patterns recommended by respective BISE are practiced in true letter and spirit. FHSC offers Science Group with Biology and/or Computer as an elective subject along with Physics and Chemistry. Humanities and Arts group of studies are also offered basing on Aptitude of students.

Knowledge about fundamentals of Islam, Nazra-e-Quran, practical learning of Namaz and Hifz of selected Surah from Holy Quran along with studying the noble life of the Holy Prophet MUHAMMAD (ﷺ), early caliphs and heroes of Islam to inculcating virtues and Islamic values in community are considered hallmark of FHSC. We utilize the services of qualified Islamic Scholars for Islamic education.
In early classes, less time homework is required to be completed but as child progresses through the schooling, this span increases considerably. Instrumental involvement and encouragement of students from parents
